hugo, do u wear glasses? if u can find a doctor or optometrist, they'll sign off a dmv tint waiver cuz your light sensitive.
hugo, do a search for tint law/ rules (something like this). i remember finding links to sites breaking down the % by states. if i remember correctly, i think mass was 35 all around. ct was 35 front and back(i think) and back window can be anything.
