It was nice meeting some of the gang last week, but I'm gone from this forum.

I posted an opinion in the Off-Topic board about Kyle McLaren's hit on Whatever Zednic last night. I thought it was a clean hit that resulted in a severe, but unintended, injury. I guess I came across like I thought it was cool that Zednic got hurt...my bad for bad choice of words. But, it's no excuse for people threatening to elbow me in the face and calling me an ass hole and insulting my intelligence.

Relax, get over it, it's just my opinion.

I dont think it warrants LEAVING. There are @$$clowns no matter where you go. Being from Boston, you should know some people take sports a liiiiiiiiiitttle too seriously. $20 says they wouldnt react the same way in person.

I read that mess of of thread over there. It seems that your words were taken as you were glad Zednic was hurt. People do have a difference of opinions, but some of the stuff said over there was kind of extreme. I would just take it as a grain of salt and not let it get to you.

Some people just say whats on their mind.

I think it's common too for the "regulars" when they see a controversial post by a name that they don't recognize themselves as another "regular" they are more quick to throw around the insults.
if they knew ya personally, they'd be less likely to blow up and more likely to find out what you really meant by your post instead of assuming you're a jerk.
