Any of you guys know where to pick up a 5-Qt jug of Mobil 1. They used to have them at Walmart but not anymore. It saves about $7 per oil change if I can get the jug. Help.

i hope your picking up an extra quart.....
5qt's isn't enough.
Try BJ's. I think I saw the jugs there the other day. In fact, I'm actually on my way to Target to get some Mobil 1.

Yes I got more than 5 qts. Couldn't find the jug though. Oh well. Thanks for the info.

check the large discount autu parts stored like Auto Zone, Advanced Auto, Pep Boys etc. Or if you have a K-mart there check them out. their prices have come down since they filed for chapter 11.

damnit...came back from a Target, and 2 Walmarts and couldn't find a friggin case!
The individual quarts were 5 bucks and change!
One walmart had it at 4.77 a quart....
i'm going to BJ's....It's 24 bucks for 6 quarts....
friggin oil...

I got the last case at the Walmart near my house. I'm going to check the Sam's Club in Worcester. Maybe they will have the jugs. Once the nice weather comes all the do-it-yourself guys go crazy buying everything. I must say after a some jacking problems, no comments on that one please  , I did pretty well on my first oil change. Bent some metal in the jacking process. Nothing major. Made a mess taking the oil filter out. Is there anyway to do that without making a mess?

the jugs sell out fast at Walmart. I make a point to check over there every now and then to see if there's any available. if so, I usually grab 2 at a time. stockpile.  Doug's usually good for keeping an eye out on the Walmart stockpile and letting us know. good ol' dougy
