you need to contact the MA equivelt of CT's better business buearu.

Take pictures of the defects and have them on hand and present them to the dealer when you return the car. Be sure to tell then that this is the 9th time the car has been to their facitity for service and for the quality you received you might as well have done it yourself with a brush.

Maybe even bring up that you will be bringing your case to the attention of an attorney if this issue is not resolved quicly in a manner that is acceptable to you and resembles the finish quality of a new viehicle.

usually just the word "attorney" strikes the fear into dealers and they will treat you like a king afterwards to prevent a blood thirsty lawyer from ravaging their operation.

write a letter to the BBB and to the state Attorney General.

i can't believe they messed it up so badly. a group of monkeys with elephantitis in their nuts and a patch on one eye could probably do a better job that those *ssholes.

sorry, ryan. see if you can take it to a new body shop. they should pay to have the car painted at a professional establishment.

or have them buy the car back from you and start all over.

I don't see what that has to do with anything.

I'd just tell them that, I could have done a better job in the dark with a roller and house paint."

It's weird... Ryan, you've had the worst luck at this dealer (Millbury Ford). My family has had the best luck with this dealer, as opposed to others we've gone to. My grandmother's '95 Taurus is there right now (it broke down yesterday... found on road dead!). They must be good at the mechanical side of cars only, however. Thanks for the warning NEVER to go there for any paint job or exterior work.

Well, the car is going back in on Monday for Tuesday of next week. They are going to be repainting the front bumper, rear quarters, roof, trunk and they should do the hood and front fenders. We'll see.....THIS IS THE LAST STRAW!!! I will go legal if this does not fix the problems.

You need to find the meanest, dirtiest, disgruntledest, greedy, crazy lawyer there is to represent you. This way the dealership will be called Ryan Ford, and you'll be bringing home a new car every week.
