Ok, I finally took some pictures. The first 3 show's that the IAT is downstream of the MAF on my SVT. I did not have to touch it when I installed my KKM, therefore what you see is the same for a stock SVT.

And here are pictures of a non-SVT airbox (Kim's Cougar), and an SVT airbox (Mine). See the small hole in the side of the non-SVT airbox? That's the stock location for the IAT. Notice there is no hole on the SVT airbox.
