Well um, my girlfriend and i were having some fun in the backseat (i'm 17 years old, mind you) and throughout our fun, I kicked thespeaker grill on accident.

I need to know if i can buy the grill itself from Ford or do i have to buy the whole door panel?

I still have no idea what i'm gonna tell my parents about what happened to the grill.

Just say someone was getting out and accidentally kicked it. (Your dad should understand and keep your mom from getting angry)

I did a similar thing in my Mystique, however it was a 5 gallon bottle of water that tipped over during a turn! I took the door panel off and repaired it with Alymers resin ( two part resin glue~ dries like plastic, with a yellowish colour) keeping the adhesive at the back. Use electricians tape to keep the shape of the panel and prevent adhesive coming through.
It's not like a new panel, but a lot cheaper!

Also, next time, fold the seat down and use all of the trunk too!
