Ok this was the funniest night i have ever had in my life. After leaving the meet I went home for a bit. My friend called me up and wanted to meet someone down in springfield to check out there new hood they got. He mentioned something about "the races" so we get to this gas station of where were supposed to meet and there is RICE galore... Im talking neons with gorund kits and paint jobs like no other... decal central!
So the kid doesnt end up showing there so we decided to go for a little ride around the area. On the way We must have passed 30 riced out cars...lights, huge spoilers and loud fart pipes.. I even saw a ford probe with a big Type R sticker on the side window! So right as were about to head back we pass a mcdonalds there were tons more cars everwhere... this was seriously just like the fast and the furious movie except it was total crap cars. from accords to neons to station wagons with decals, loud exhausts you name it, i could not believe what i was seeing. We finally ran into the kid and checked out the hood... in the mean time a cop came and broke everything up. It was like 100 mice scatering from a cat. All in all there must have been easily 150+ riced out crazy ass cars, no exadgeration there. Supposdly this goes on every Saturday night around midnight or so. Im still in shock over the whole thing. Maybe one day a few of you will have to swing down to see this whole ordeal. Your mouths will drop i gaurantee it

yeah from what i understand this goes on every saturday night at exactly midnight...
all the cars are everywhere, no exageration when i say 150 + rice!!! Its in Springfield at the bottom of carew st. on the corner of main st. and everyone goes down main st. Lemme know..i should be around this saturday for anyone who wants to see this laughter in action

...Know what ya mean, I work on Main St in Springfield and sometimes hang-out on the weekends in the area. I actually just walked in from lunch and almost got run over by a super ricey eclipse and neon flying down the street. From what i hear from my clients, these 'rice-brigades' are either in the north end area of springfield or holyoke depending on where there's less police action on particular night. I must admit though a lot of the cars you'll see are pretty nice pieces of work.
