I just wanted to post an update (7-19-02):I just got an out-of-the-blue call from BAT saying: "look we just recieved those lamps in from backorder from the European supplier. And we seen that your order was posted from in March '02, so we were just calling to make sure you still wanted them".
I figured they had forgotten and would never respond back. So I guess they are out of the doghouse with me now. But I still wish they'd a let me know something way back when. But it's all good now. They said the lights would be shipped out yesterday, and I should see them in max 5 business days. So like yall said, there had to a been a logical explaination to why it took so long, and now I know.
