When I was waiting on an emergency brake cable for my XR - they sent me the wrong part, then asked that I return it so they could send me the correct part - after about a month I called to ask why I hadn't recieved at and recieved the response "Oh, you wanted us to send you the correct part?"
So maybe you need to call them and remind them that they need to SEND it to you rather than just taking down your information.
