Contour Enthusiasts Group Archives Forums General General How do you get BAT to respond?

I've ordered a set of side marker lights (the ones that go on the fenders) from BAT 2 times in the last year, and I've even given them my credit card number twice, and I still have heard nothing back in over three months from them. Does anyone know if it's possible to get these lights? If there is another more reliable supplier I can get these from, I might do that. I wanted to try out BAT to order parts for my Contour (since it looked like they had good stuff in their catalog), but they don't seem to want to reply back. They have not called me or nothing. I've tryed calling them, but the guy never seemed to know anything accept, "We'll call you when we ship them". Who can help me find some of these lights or tell me how to get on BAT's VIP list?
