I wouldn't think it would matter since the standard 2.5 tranny is the same as the SVT. Fordpartsonline.com doesn't list any specific SVT part either. If nobody else has chimes in here by tomorrow evening, I will have a more definite answer.
IIRC, the only things that really mkes a difference is whether or not the car is equipped with ABS. and of course MTX vs. ATX.
