I didn't say big, I just said front mounted. My preception was that Chris's kit has top mounted intercooler that's inside the engine bay. I don't think you'll need to have a different bumper if you can have an intercooler that can fit between the bumper and the radiator (sort of like the SVT's oil cooler maybe?). I'm no turbo expert neither, but I'm curious on finding out why all these turbo have different designs.

Would you plan on running 15lbs of boost? I'm far from a turbo expert, but my senses tell me that a cooler half that size would be aplenty for running 6-10lbs of boost.

I do think the Spearco water/air cooler that comes w/ the Street Flight kit will be more than sufficient.
