Anyone recommend a Lincoln or Ford dealership close by to Manchester that is reputable, or has had good experiences when it came to Service on their vehicles. I know Auto Fair is down the street and there is one down off of Exit 4 on 93 in I believe Londonderry across from the Big K and Market Basket, and a Lincoln dealership on DW Highway. The Lincoln I swapped requires some maintenance. Thanks guys and gals smile

Mike likes Concord Lincoln/Mercury. I haven't had a chance to try them out yet...

Concord Lincoln is awesome.
very professional and excellent service.
They service a lot of lincolns, so you can imagine they try to have the best service for all those rich mo'fo's bringing in their town cars. hehe
State Motors is the one off of DW highway (right near the Puritan -- Mike by the way, was thinking we should all park at State Motors instead of the cramped Puritan lot on Tuesday).
Mike has brought the Grand Marquis for service there and has no complaints either.

I don't think they would let us park there. How about St.Mary's Bank lot?

I will share the bad experiences I have had with State Motors. That is where I bought my 98 SE Zetec. I had brought it in to have that recall done, something about a wiring harness cause my heat wasn't working. I drop my car off at 8:00AM. They called me around 3:00PM and said they need the little keys to remove my Head Unit. I told them I didn't have them but any little thin piece of metal would work. Even a little mini screwdriver. About an hour later they called and said they got it out, but they would have to keep the car overnight to complete it. OK, the next day I went and picked it up, at the same time I scheduled my 60,000 mile service. I took the car home and a few days later a friend and I were curious to see what they did. We took my head unit out(with a little mini screwdriver it took about 30 seconds) and low and behold the sides of my head unit were completely demolished. Obviously they had no clue about the little clips on the sides that held it in, so they just pryed, and scraped and pulled. I was mad. The next week I brought it in for my service. 8:00AM I dropped it off, around 2:30 they called me and said they needed the key for my lug nuts to get my rims off. I brought it to them. No big deal. A few months later I bought my SVT. A friend and I were transfering my struts, springs and rims from my SE to the SVT. And low and behold, before realizing they need a key to get my lugs off they must of sat there and spun them for a couple of hours. Two of the studs on my left rear drum were completely stripped. This was a few months after it happened so I didn't go back and complain but I was really mad. I had to replace the two studs and order two new lugs from the TireRack. I haven't brought a car back there since and will not recomend them to anyone. Sorry for the long post.
