I have to post an apology for not attending the National meet. As some know and some don't I was going to bring the prototype turbo kit to Dallas. I feel really badly about having to withdrawl at the last minute but there were some circumstances beyond my control that occured. The car runs well and is building more power every day. The 110 degree heat and being limited to 91 octane pump gas doesn't help us at all. I'm not sure how much information Chris wants to release so I'll let him give more details if he wishes to.
If it's true that we are here to help others, then what exactly are the others here for?

Yeah, Chris, are you going to make that video available? Can you put it up somewhere?

Are we ever going to have a large multi-region gathering that doesn't result in pictures of Contiqes being towed?
Sounds like (with the exception of the broken bits) that everyone had a good time.

I was going to the track Friday to film and I blew a flat on the way. For some reason they wouldn't let me race on a spare.. The camera was repossesed by it's owner the next morning and I had to scramble to get something. After I finally resorted to buying a camera it turns out that I lost my windows disk needed to upload the software to view limited shots that I had. Again I know the disappointment Chris must be feeling and it is entirely not his fault that we could not attend or get our video together in time.

Sorry to hear about the loss of 3 contours. I hope when I'm able to get to Nationals one year that my car doesn't turn on me.

The Meet was great! It was my first time for something like this and I enjoyed it! Even My wife enjoyed the experience, she likes meeting people and I think she understands a bit more now why enthusiasts are what they are. The evening at Keller's was something else! Thanks to Chris and Kelly for putting it all together!
We did not make it to the autocross until noon and they were breaking for lunch. When we all got back to the site, it was raining quite hard and they suspended the actual competition and made it fun runs as no one wanted to stand out in the rain for course workers. Times did not count at that point but they were still announcing them. Tony ran with the best of them in all that rain and wind.
We had to make the drive home to League City, south of Houston in that weather and made it in about six hours, a good time with the rain. Firestone SZ 50 EP's are just AWESOME! Our speed was only limited by visibility and slower cars in the hardest downpours, not the road conditions!
It was great meeting all of you!

It was awesome getting to meet everybody. I'm glad I could attend a couple events (stupid job). Hope everybody made it home okay.
Chris H. has all my pics as my modem would probably burn up if I tried to upload all of them...
