If they say they are going to take care of some open issues than that's a good sign. Well when I do go over there I'll be sure to wear my SVTOA hat and act like I'm evaluating them on their service becaue I'm looking to start a NH chapter of SVTOA and I'm deciding on which dealer I want to sponser me. eheh.
