Not being a jerk but
ITS SOPPOSED TO GAIN PRESSURE WHILE RUNNING, THE PRESSURE IS SOPPOSED TO BUILD UP TO WHATEVER THE PRESSURE IS THAT IS PRINTED ON THE PRESSURE CAP.
A problem would be likely if it did not gain pressure, or if it built pressure and bled off quickly.
