I would have to agree with Wontgrowup and 155Cougar. The transformation from the once fairly resonably priced, decnet amount of attractions Riverside has turned into a huge park that has overwhelemed the general area. Being from Chicopee myslef and visting Six Flags often, i would have to say when going on a Saturday your going to find the place to be jammed, and parking next to each other may not be an option, unless we hit the lots way back across the street. But either way ill be there. And im sure it will be an awesome time! Ohh BTW Wontgrowup, the Superman ride is great. I think it actually got "best coaster in the US", although i beg to differ. But either way its a damn good ride.

True, MLarko....but it's not better than an SVT with a Vortech I bet!! And, I hate to bring this up again, because like I said i'm NOT trying to dissaude anyone from going, but you guys might want to find an alternate route. On Saturday, traffic was backed up almost to the 291 interchange(that's almost 3.0 miles!!)from Six Flags. The traffic going North wasn't so bad, so maybe you guys can go down rt.84 or soemthing. I should add a caveat....If the weather's not really nice, most times the traffics not too bad coming down 91....I think our local TV station, WGGB.com, has a live traffic cam of the downtown Springfield area(not sure if it is up on weekends though-I'll check for you!)-so that way you can see EXACTLY what the traffics doing in realtime

ya know, i was just tryng to make some new friends here, and extend my arm to you guys as fellow ford owners. if you dont want to go than shut up . if your gonna get pissed that we are, than you need to find some serenity in your life. in other words"get one".
we would like to share tips tricks and secrets or just shoot the sheeat with you guys.
but... whatever.
we will be there and if you guys would like to, we would gladley embrace your company. other wise back off. and stop trying to ruin it.

Goobah, I know for a fact no one was trying to offend you. I think since they are from the area near Six Flags that they are a little bitter about how it has affected the infrastructure. I know frenchblueC2 and I are going, and possibly even RoushSC. I don't think that the people that aren't going are upset because we are. I personally had a sh|t load of fun at the Rodamn Show, and that was a poor showing. I'm a crazy man when there are a crap load of people that show up. Are we cool? I'd don't want focaljet and CEG to be at war. We're allies for christ sake!!

If you read through my "rants" on my subject, you would have read that I wrote numerous times that I was NOT trying to dissuade anyone from going to six flags!! My whole intent (originally) was to give you guys a heads up so you wouldn't be stuck in traffic for an hour trying to get over the river. I apologize for offending anyone with my rants....definitely not what I was aiming for. I wish everyone a good time, but I don't think I will be attending.

So where do we stand on this?? I would like to go but I need to know what time everyoneis meeting and what not. I have to bring my brother to the airport early mornign and then I have to go back to the tint shop at 11:30 so they can fix my windows they screwed up
