Hi Mike: How about meeting at 10:00AM and eating when they open (my guess 11:30). That should avoid the noontime rush. If we have people that work in the morning, we could meet at 2:00PM and eat around 3:30. Again avoiding the rush. That way we can give the establishment an acurate head count.
