The right question would be: who has a problem-free STOCK CSVT. Most complaints come from owners who did home-made modifications to their cars without any knowledge of the mechanical implications ... Furthermore, ANY car constantly brought to the RPM redline would experience mechanical failures.
CSVT are (were) designed for fun driving not for racing !
