Yeah, suprising but true.. I dynoed at 177hp at the wheel with a straight pipe and KKM, 175hp with the high-flow resonator, and 161hp stock. Not bad, considering a stock 99 SVT dynoed at 165hp (They had 5hp more in 99-00).
One of the DC guys did about 12 different dyno runs with the different air filters, to see what gave the best gains, and just the KKM gave him an 11hp jump over the stock airbox. The tests were on an SE, but still, you see one of the major bottlenecks.
I guess I have to take my car to a Dyno than, I have a KKM and I removed the res, and I have a few more mods too. I wonder want i will pull. Thanks.
