I saw the letter first hand from my friend who is licensed to inspect vehicles.I just called him now to get a copy of it.When I read it for the first time.It stated that it was now legal for police departments to tint there cruisers with permission from there chief.Then it said that it was legal on any car.But you must get a note from a eye doctor saying that your eyes are sensitive to light.When I get the copy i will type it up word for word. :p
