Hello Oilman, I'm near the intersection of Frankford & Linden a friend of mine lives over off of Castor ave. I'm also driving a Silver SVT, stock. Do you have a spoiler and dark window tint? I've seen that car once driving by NE Philadelphia airport that's about the closest sighting I've ever had to my house.
