CT talks to NJ and vice versa. So there will be *points*. I say fight it. The worst that the judge can say is no and stick you with the original penalty. But, if you have a clean record the judge should show some leniancy (sp?). Check the NJ DMV site and you can even email them with the points question. Of course, I can't find the link!
