I was wondering if anyone is interested in a meeting in south jersey soon. i would like to see what some of you have done to your cars. Anyone go to Rowan University in here? Maybe we could do something at atco raceway or something. lets get some ideas.

I go to the university of delaware which is like 30mins away from Rowan...my best friend goes there so I'm always there...if you guys have a meet I'll be there.

I'm game, I'm in Mount Laurel, also about 30 minutes from Rowan.. Atco is like 10 minutes away, or we can just do a fun run or something..

Hey I am game depending when it is. If it is at the end of sept then I will need a ride from Philly. I'll be in NJ again this week sometime.

Yeah, these guys are nuts, some traveled cross country, and this is a yearly event. Why can't we make a showing like this?

Cause spring zing and the national meet didnt even get this much of a turnout.

People with those cars have money to take off work and travel like that. No offense to anyone. I just know I can never afford to drive across country and take off school and work, just to go to a car meeting.

It would be a nice idea, but I don't ever see it happening

True, but I also had no desire to go to Kansas City or Michigan. We have this meet yearly in Las Vegas, and people just can't resist Vegas. Also, at worst, you're talking about taking off a Friday for the drive down, and sacrificing your weekend for something that we all love, our cars.

I know if we pick an interesting spot on the East Coast, we could have a turnout.. C'mon, we had 13 SVTs (and a Zetec) at the last DC gathering and we just tooled around town, and only 2 of those cars came to the Englishtown meet. Add those two meets together and you're already pushing 30 cars. Now get the rest of the PA crew, the slackers who couldn't make it from Jersey, more people from the surrounding areas, give them an itinerary they can't resist (TBL3 from the pics above is a 2-3 day affair), and I think we would be suprised.

At least, that's my hope, 'cause I'm not driving 1200 miles to a National Meet..
