Contour Enthusiasts Group Archives Forums General General Thinking of selling for personal reasons, need opinions

I think that a clear understanding of the situation would allow all of us to contribute more defined and intellgent advice, but I understand that ya dont want to share personal things with everyone in the world, so I respect the decision. I am only 18, so I dont know about all the more complex and difficult thing to go through in life, like marriage, and partitioning time for your family and interests. Now I understand my problem was probably not nearly as intense as yours, but my parents hated me spending time and money on 'just a car', but it is one of my passions, as it seems to be for you. I dont think selling the car will do anything but punish yourself, you probably wont get NEAR what you invested in it, and you will be basically giving away something you love... I would say that if I were you, I would allocate time for EVERYTHING you need to do in life, and learn to take all things in moderation... There are plenty of ways to enjoy life, and if cars are one of your passions, then dont throw it away, sit back, go over the problem in your head, and decide what you personally need to do... but unless money is a HUGE concern and you need what the car would yield... I would keep it. Also if you want to talk about this with me one on one, I am in college, so I am online ALL the time im me sometime, and I would be more than glad to try and help ya man, after all that is what we are here for! good luck if I dont hear from ya...
