There isn't a set time. On nice days, people start turning out after they get out of work. The earliest people get there before 4:30, but people continue to show up through 8:30 sometimes. There's no offical start date either. In fact, there's been a small turn out for the past few weeks, weather permitting. I've only been out once this year so far though. By mid summer, though, it'll be huge. I've said this before, but I will again - last year the peak was near 1000 cars. I've only seen one other Contour though, a green SVT. Fuseface met me there once, but didn't park in the "show" area. If ya'll want to plan something for June or July, let me know.
