You can put a VERY small dot of JBweld on the tip of the part of the key and put it in the ignition. Push it in hard but don't jiggle it around. Wait about an hour or two, then pull, VERY slowly. If it pops back off, you should be able to remove the cylider and take it to a locksmith. They MIGHT be able to remove it for you, or you can disassemble the cylinder until you have access to the back, and push it out.
