Yes, GE Capital Corp of Canada is on my s%^t list. When I bought the car, the seller said it had an extended warranty. Nowhere on the warranty documents does it say that the car cannot be sold through a dealer as part of a trade deal (that's what we did: cheaper for him). Now GE Capital is trying to say that we nullified the warranty by doing so. I'm angered and my seller is quite perturbed as well. They seem to be trying to change the deal after it is made. Any advice as to how I can handle these bozos?
