Gotta get you out to D&B !!
It is a Restuarant/Arcade/Pool Hall/Pub/Movie Theater Entertainment Center.

Palisades Center is located at Exit 12, on the NYS Thruway.

Since you are coming from Staten Island, I would say cross over to NJ, then head on up I-95 North, and then get on the Palisades North. Get onto 287 EAST (TAPPAN ZEE BRIDGE/White Plains). Get off 287 at Exit 12 - Palisades Center / Route 303.

When you get onto the Service Road, follow it COUNTER CLOCKWISE around the mall. After you pass FILENE's, you will see a LARGE parking area with a hill close to the Service Road. We usually try and park on top of this hill, so it makes it easier for you to spot us. The hill is located between the Rain Forest Cafe and Filene's.
