Contour Enthusiasts Group Archives Forums General General Anyone Going to ALMS @ Elkart Lake, WI July 4-7th?

Elkhart is a great race track from a spectator's point of view. I didn't get the chance to run on the track so I can't speak on that topic. We saw the indy cars run out there! You just don't realize how fast those things are until they fly by you at 200 mph 30 feet away! If you haven't been there before there's lots of great spots to watch from but your going to have to do some walking. Or you can rent a golf car for about $45 a day. I've got some good pictures for that outing. Oh sorry I've gone way off topic! Wish I could go but I'm going on vacation the next week! Have a great time!
