This doesn't appear to be panning out. We need to get some more commitment. I guess the only way to do this right is to have a once a month meet that is planned well in advance so people can get their schedules straight. I know some poeple work shift-work so how far in advance do you know your work scheduldes? If we were to plan for 2 weeks from now would it be possible to get the time off? Let me know guys and we can start to plan something."
This is exactly what I thought when I decided to cancel the weekly meets. I decided that monthly meets is a much better idea, because it allows people to get their schedules straight.
