There is an SVT for sale in the London area for only $11,500. The catch is it has 262000kms. Seems a little overpriced with that mileage I think.

I'd have to agree that at $11,500, that's a little too much.
At that mileage, I personally wouldn't want to pay more than about $10K Canadian for it, and if I had the cash for something like that, I'd probably keep it as a parts car to keep my 98 SVT with just under 95,000 km's on the road FOREVER!

Thats not true. Contours can go forever if maintained. My Contour has 261,000k on it with the original engine, tranny, clutch etc. In fact the only thing that has been replaced is the Cat under recall. I change my oil every 4000-5000k and just do regular maintanance. And everything still runs great. The engine is strong and runs well, no vibrations, no idle looping etc. The tranny doesn't slip, grind, pop out of gear. But at 11,500 that guys got to be off his tree! That car isn't worth more then 6000-6500 cnd.
1996 Midnight Red SE 5 spd. 261,000k and still going strong!

QB] I'm very impressed. My main cat has been done 3 times now. Pre cats at least once and maybe twice.
