frown well i would go back there and have sears write on your work order last place that did the oil change damage threads on the oil pan.Then go back to the first place talk to the manager nobody else,or the story will change from you by the time it get to the manger.(i am a asst.Supervisior at costco we damage we fix it free.)They shold at least meet you half way.If not go to ford and they can re-tap the oil pan.It should only be $60/70 at the most hope this helps. frown

I agree with reaper4tour. Make Sears sign on the dotted line that it was Penzoil's fault. These placed hate bad publicity, so let them know how far you will go.

Dude that sucks! I never trust those 10min places. Dealer is the best place to go.
