Yeah, tell me about it. Markville has absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced anywhere. I mean, despite all these new measures Ford has taken to ensure "the best customer service", it's abyssmal how they treat you there. I've also heard good things about Dixie. I don't think you have to go to Markville...any dealership should be able to handle your warranty claims (of course, maybe it has to be an SVT dealership...I don't know...) Maybe I should check for rust on my SVT...
