Cheers!!! Then why dont you stop by at the meet. Just so you know we meet at the front now not at the back. We are in front of Boston Pizza.

Well, as tempting as it is, I think I'll wait another week or 2 just to see if mother nature is gonna make good on that "March goes out like a lion"-thing. After that ... ON THEY GO!! Chris - Congrats on the new car - a worthy replacement for the tour I bet. Evan - good to see you finally got all your rims(from what you told me they couldn't win that battle). Fern - you know it's gonna be sweet to hear that Bassani rumble with the windows down and a warm sun overhead. Thanks for all the feedback folks - hope those that are slapping the summers on don't regret it (snow likely won't stay down long anyway - except maybe for you 'Northerners').

The beast is out and it sounds sweet!!! What a roar!!! It is amazing what three months without driving an SVT can do to you once you get back in it and drive it hard. Laura I will try to come by the meet soon. Lou, I am carefully watching the sky and if it snows, I will have to take one of those "working from home days" again. See y'all soon. Cheers

I've had mine on since the second week of Feb... I couldn't take looking at my factory 15's anymore... I've drivin through the couple snow storms that we have had and they handled ok. Right now I'm runnig Ventus Racing but I'm getting Falcon ZE-502's in a few weeks becasue I decided to do a burnout and toasted my nice ZR Rated tires ($450) gone in a matter of seconds.

Hmmm, as I look out at 15 cm of snow, I think maybe I should have waited until Easter to change over my tires. March 16th was definitely too early! I guess my car stays in the driveway until this all melts.

Ya that was a cruel joke wasn't it? Didn't last long on the roads mind ya. This weekend the summers are going on, no matter what.

I was going to switch to the summers this week in preparation for a drive to North Carolina tomorrow night. After seeing what just hit us, I think my wife and baby will appreciate the winter tires for another couple of weeks.

With all the snow we keep getting, maybe put them on in July.

It's spring time, this is normal. It happens every year, without fail. We'll probably see another 2 snowstorms, neither of which will last. After the 2nd week of April you should be fine to put on summer wheels.
