Hey guys, just thought I would let you all know about the major V6 race this June 14th in London, Ontario. This race is for V6 Fords only, race will consist of V6 mustangs and Supercoupe vs V6 probes and SHO/SVT's kinda FWD vs RWD thing.

We have 10 sponsors for the race so far and if we get enough of you guys coming I will try and get some SHO/SVT sponsors to donate prizes as well.

The title is wrong. It should be for V6 Contours/Cougar or 1st gen SHO! All those are V6 Fords, not just SVT/SHO.

This race will follow the NHRA guidelines, so make sure your car is fit, and meets the criteria! safety is important to the track, and to us.

Update, currently up to 13 sponsors. We need your help guys. We only have 1 SHO signed up, we need more of you guys to actually sign up so I can get working on some sponsors for you, no company will donate prizes if they only see one car signed for you guys. You don't have to pre pay but its helpful, you can still pay at the gate.

Damn!! Got rid of the Contour too early!!!

What about a Sentra SE-R Spec V? Pretty damn close to an SVT...

NOpe, must be a Ford product, a few Mazda's are allowed but FOR owns MAzda nad they have the same engien as the probes, thats the only exception relaly.

so everyone is basically going to be racing each other? are there going to ba any classes at all?

So far there is a N/A class and a Power adder class, racing style is bracket racing. We may add a NA and PA class with a heads up competition if we get enough racers. Everyone will be racing against everyone but any prizes that are given out will be for each specific car, since there are prizes that are only go to each type of car. EG. a body kit is being donated as the mustang grand prize.

We are up to 17 sponsors now, with 2 SHO sponsors. If we get many Contours signed up I can start finding contour sponsros as well. C'mon guys, come sign up, we have almost 30 total cars signed up now.

OK guys, we now have a Contour sponsor. SP Motorsports is donating one of thier new aluminum y-pipes that retial for something like $250. Joe from SP told me that since we already have 2 SHO sponsors he will send something for the SVT contours, but if no one signs up I asked him to send something for the SHO's, so if anyone wants to win a prize we need you to sign up in order to confirm a sponsor for you guys!
