Oklahomas education system at work what can say

So far I can say there are a few people around here (Zetec forum) who think you may have trouble with the truth in addition to grammar and spelling.

Oh maybe I like the Z-Tek spelling better...

I havent said any thing that was untrue that i know of. please inform me of waht you mean. If you are reffreing to the shift kit thing like I said my shop ordered and installed it I didnt ask many quaestions im familar with B&M' s products and trust them. if it is like other performace shift kit's(again i dont know i didnt install it) it has a gasket that relocates the little balls that contoll when fluid gets in to make the shift. thats the way it works on 350 turbos any way and that is not very hard to make. although it is elctronic transmission it still has to flow tranny fluid. maybe they modified the 98 kit I dont know. But what I do know is I have a lot of better things to do with my life than come on some caht board and lie about my car or my mods,for exanpmle a have wife two kids, and i dont appreciate being called a liar.Just cause some one has found or knows about somthing you don't does not make them liar.

Fair enough. Do you know the part number? I looked on B&M's web site and they don't show any shift kits for the contour.

I guess my question is why you would pay someone to install something in your car you knew nothing about and just blindly agreed to it. You have to admit, that sounds strange at best.

No the qusteion is do you know the part #. it is 92-95 AODE/4AR70W that is the transimission listed by ford for these cars (2.0 anyway) and the part number is right there on the site under products transmission kits ford,lincoln, mecrury.resarch before you call someone a liar

Sorry but I hate being called liar. I may not have the spelling, or grammar I should, but Ive been modfying every car Ive owned since I was 16 and take it very seriously. I would never recomend a part that dosent exisit. What would be the point.

BTW - It is still spelled and has always been spelled.

The problem here is you are listed a transmission that goes into a Probe, not a contour.

Well, since i work for Ford, I did did check for myself. And the AOD-E/4R70W is a REAR WHEEL DRIVE TRANSMISSION made for the Mustang among others. So, I am not calling you a liar, because B&M does indeed make a kit for that tranny, But I am calling you misinformed....beacuase you don't have that tranny! Either that or you own the world's only 2.oL Rear drive Mystique. :rolleyes:

So, again I suggest that you investigate more clearly before you post. And I will again ask that you try to work on your grammar....I know you don't have a major in English, but I assume you passed fifth grade.....of course if you can't tell the difference between a FWD Trans-axle and a RWD Tranny... :rolleyes:
