Just an FYI:
Have run last two seasons in G Stock w/98 MTX early GL, minimal mods and running Hoosier R3S03's. Usually 2 or 3rd in class last year when I ran. One run on Firesteel SH30's, however (last event of year, needed one run for trophy qualification for year) scared living C*** outta me! slipped and slid all over the place. Either go true comp tire or "max performance," super-sticky if only using one tire for both autoX, road & track.
