i think its about even there
far as performance wise....the gran am gt has about 170-190 hp and is a heavier car due to the restyle it went thru a few yrs ago...my opinion is that svt should be able to beat it fairly easily...this is being said not having driven any of the three cars though...mom had a 150 hp 96 grand am that was very peppy but zero top end
i've read posts from the past involving grand prix and svt tour....i 'think' overall the gp may be a little faster or maybe have a little higher top speed...but it seemed the svt held its own very well
