The front a-arms are poorly designed and the bushing manufacturers are having a problem coming up with a quality replacment for these arms. Only way to replace any worn bushings is to replace the whole arm unfortunately.
Local Ford dealer quoted me $750
to replace front lower control arms. Tried to blame spring guard knock on them. Although, they are probably worn out.
