My SVT gets about 20, with a combination of highway/city driving, but not a lot of stop-and-go.
This came as a shock when I first bought the car, as my last car was a Nissan Sentra ('92 XE, MTX) that got 35 normally, soaring as high as 45 on road trips. The SVT is well worth the extra gas bill; I was sick of driving an econobox.
