Well folks I believe that it's time I said farewell to the SVT, after having my tranny rebuilt because of it grinding between 2nd and 3rd, It has now decided to really mess up. I can only grab 3rd and 4th gear and I can do a cool box with the shifter. So to say I'm frustrated after waiting for 2 weeks for this to get done and now it is way worse off would be the mother of all understatements. So tomorrow I believe it's off to the VW dealership to get a 2001 VW Golf GLS 1.8T 5 speed in blue with black valeur heated seats.
And since she's gonna be for sale I might as well part her off too.
Recently installed MSDS headers-750

Bummer. I know what you mean about the tranny. I just had mine replaced at 21,000km and the new one is worse than the old one.
How many klicks on yours?
I might want that KKM...the full kit?
What would it cost to get it shipped up here?

73k, with full warranty till 100k, thank god.

As long as it is the SVT exhaust and it's in good condition I would do it.
