For those of you who live north of Toronto, where do you get your oil changed? I would prefer something at least up in Newmarket but preferably not Rapid Lube after my last few experiences. Thanks.

I go to a local, small shop in Richmond Hill called SuperTech Auto. It's run by a fellow named Harold Lal. I go there for most maintenance and small repairs. They are very honest and thorough, and only charge me $10 cash when I bring in my own oil and filter.

Sorry I can't help...I started doing my own changes since doing synthetics costs an arm and a leg...
I used to go to midas and/or cdn tire but no more...Have you ever tried Mr. Lube? I went a couple of times and they seem alright and have a decent selection of oils.

fram makes the motomaster filers and quaker state filters so i'd stay away from canadian tire unless u bring your own filter.ford filters r 1 of the best i don't know what they charge 2 do a change though

I missed something, Why is Fram bad? Canadian Tire, it's just common sense to avoid that place like the plague!
Currently: 2002 ztw focus wagon, black, manual. Yippee it sucks!!

I don't like the Ford Dealer in Barrie or the one in Newmarket. The one in Aurora is a possibility. My dealer is in Rexdale and unless I leave the car there, it is not convenient. I just thought that you guys might know of a place. Originally posted by MikeNeri: Why not go to Ford to get it done?
