I use to work at canadian tire and they sold a plug that can fix your problem. I never looked to close at it but from what I can remember it was a hard plastic or rubber that you pushed into the oil plug hole. It then came with a new plug that fit in the rubber..it made your overall drain hole smaller but not by much. As far as ford dealers go the one I don't have a reason for hateing yet is dixie ford in missisauga...I know its not toronto but its right on the border, they do have shuttle vans and they pay for your cab fare to get back to the dealer. Its On dixie road and the # is 416-24-HOURS 416-(244-6877) they are open 24 hours from monday to friday night. Other than that I would say try Thorncrest on the Queensway..416-521-7050 (or 1-800-668-6028) I've never had a car serviced there but the guys at the parts dept are honest. Please STAY AWAY from Evans on Dundas nomatter what anyone else says!!they are horrible and you basically need to fight with them when the bill comes. Also from what I've seen Summit ford (416)741-6221 and Gateway ford give courtesy cars but I had a bad experience with gateway with my contour's steering
