One thing that I leaned from Terry at Spring zing is when you first start up your car, put in in nuetral and release the clutch fully. Let it warm up a bit, then give it a couple of taps on the accelerator bringing it to about 2K, each time. Nice quick taps. It helps to get the tranny fluid moving! I was amazed that it worked so well!!!!
