I'll tell ya this. I would only race a Lude (at the track of crouse) in my car if I knew the guy wasn't going to be a prick when wins. I assume a Lude would take me... but with the majority attitude of these guys on the Preluds board, it makes me want to slap them. They have the same mentality of punk kids that don't knwo **** about cars, but still think their Civic EX cant toast a Z06. w0rdie sounds like a punk... and for the record, my opinion of running a shot is only fair if the other guy is running nitrious too. Am I alone on this?

I still don't understand why the WORDIE person has so much steam against our cars?! I mean instead of being resonable, he bashes it like we are the bottom of the pits compared to Preludes. As for as handling goes, our car can seriously hang with ludes, stock for stock if not beat it. But these guys say that they beat 3-4 car lengths?! Now that is impossible, unless one car is modded versus a bone stock car or the person in the car just can't drive. I don't want to start steam here against them, but they really need to get that mentality that they are so much better than us. No offense to Jape or SH but Lude guys are very cocky. We both have very similar cars, but yet we are totally inferior. Maybe its because we have American cars and that its not import then we must suck. Oh and one more thing about Mustang Gt's, they too can handle, with a good driver, seen them beat Ludes, Z06s, and svt's at the autocross. Its all driver skill.

Such specific resentment suggests that he had his nuts handed to him by an SVT. Maybe thats why he bought NO2.....

Rumor has these two cars will be meeting at a dragstrip in Michigan soon. Not stock to stock, but fun just the same. Prelude Contour As far as the N20 debate - Run what ya brung! I drive Woodward Avenue every day; often people will ask for a race, but only if I won't squeeze. I know I can't beat a Camaro SS or a Mustang GT or a turbocharged Civic. With the bottle, it's a differnt story. It's a go fast mod just like a blower or a turbo, an intake or a chip. I fail to understand how some suggest it's 'cheating' Is it because it's a cheap way to make big power? If so, then I'm a cheap *******! Wanna Race (at the track moderators, I mean at the track)?

It's truly a case of ignorance with some of us. Take it anyway you want it. Flame on/Flame off. Our SVT's will seldom grab the respect from the young and overzealous. Never mind the fact that the numbers match according to spec. Most of my cool import buddies know only of their vehicles... no big deal. Here's a perfect example, My co-worker and I both own a 91 Crx Si with mine being stock and never being able to compete. I told him that the real beast is locked up in the garage, so after he followed me home from work we set it up on an abandon road. Even though he was mocking my Gmc Jimmy I really felt bad because it should have never happened. It went beyond twelve or so cars. I thought he knew that it was a Typhoon. I also told him that I could easily access my brother in laws 87 Buick Regal. (I never mentioned that it was actually a Gn) He said that this time he needed to look into these cars first.
