I got pulled over on Nicollet by my house in Bloomington on my way to work the other day. 47 in a 35. The crappy thing is it was an unmarked car parked between two cars in a nursing home parking lot! I thought that was entrapment! I couldn't have seen him until I was right in front of him. The ticket cost me $105. The week before they made me take the tint off my front windows for being 7% over the legal limit(because of the factory tint). mad mad mad
