I am not sure of my code, but the guy I bought the chip from has the same car + year(EO), and when I asked the guy at the superchip place up here in St. Cloud if I needed to have it re-burned, he said,"Just throw it in, the worst that could happen is that your car won't start, and if it does start, you're good."
So I put it in, it turned over, sounded normal, and I took it for a test run, and I noticed that it shifted a bit easier and it had quite a bit more power. I was happy, but I'm still going to have it checked out to see if the right code is on it. Let me tell you though, I really noticed the difference on the highway when I wanted to pass a car, it had more pull or "nuts"

if you will. I haven't noticed any "pinging" reported by others, however the "throttle hang" is a bit stronger at stoplights, and I know the fix on that and I should have that taken care of shortly.
I am happy with the results, but I am cautious b/c I have learned that if it sounds too good to be true... you know. Anyways, talk to you all later, I have a date and she expects me by 9p.m. and it is an hour drive to mpls.(I am late as usual)
