Josh, we are just removing the engine/trans this weekend. I've got a few mechanically minded people lined up to come and help and a few observers if anyone wants to come, they're welcome. I didn't put a regular post up just becuase I've got limited space to have everyone there and still work in the garage.

I have one open now in Stillwater. It's called La Belle Vie. I'm in Minnesota Monthly this month. In next months issue we won:

I'm currently negotiating a lease on my second so it's still kind of a secret. It will be downtown Minneapolis and seat about 350.
