Mr. T, glad to have you here! the laws on tint are 40% I believe. Most tint shops can tell ya what the legal limits are. I just had 'em do the max on mine but it is not as dark as I would like to go.(almost limo black) Blue headlights are frowned upon in some areas but, and fogs are no problem if no more than 4 bulbs are on at a time(state law) but some cops will give ya' greif if they "look to bright" and blind other cars. As for neon, I don't know much. Just make sure NO white or blue light shows to the rear of the car.BTW, where are you located?
